‘We Ring True’ echoes across the state

VERONA, Miss.—¶à¶àÖ±²¥ is ringing true all across the state. Pictured left to right at ¶à¶àÖ±²¥â€™s North Mississippi Research and Extension Center in Verona are Sen. Chad McMahan; Associate Director of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, Forest and Wildlife Research Center and Interim Head of the Verona center Reuben Moore; Facilities Manager Tracy Brown; ¶à¶àÖ±²¥ President Mark E. Brown recently built the large cowbell for the North Mississippi Research and Extension Center, which exists to serve the needs of agriculture in northeastern Mississippi. It is part of ¶à¶àÖ±²¥â€™s Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine.
Researchers, educators and agents conduct programs in agronomy, horticulture, animal science and family life at the center and its experiment stations and units.
