STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擜 workshop for high school and other students who have not taken the ACT鈥攐r need extra practice鈥攚ill take place March 25 at Mississippi State.
Offered by the university鈥檚 Learning Center, the 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. preparatory in 246 Allen Hall covers the test鈥檚 four concentration areas: English, reading, mathematics and science reasoning.
A registration form may printed out via the 鈥淭LC Events鈥 link at . Once completed, it and a $75 payment should be mailed to: The Learning Center, c/o ACT Workshop, Box 9710, Mississippi State, MS 39762. Form and payment also may be brought to 267 Allen Hall.
After March 19, a $50 late fee must accompany the basic $75 payment.
All workshop participants will receive a free copy of 鈥淏arron鈥檚 3rd Edition, ACT 36: Aiming for the Perfect Score.鈥
