��ֱ�� announces College of Education student ambassadors

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Twenty-five students from throughout Mississippi, as well as Alabama, Tennessee and Texas are 2020-2021 ambassadors for Mississippi State’s College of Education.

The College of Education Ambassadors serve as liaisons for the college’s faculty and staff to students, prospective students, alumni and other constituents.

“This is an amazing group of young people. They are excited to represent the College of Education and are eager to recruit new students to the Bulldog family,” said Amy Prisock, COE recruiting coordinator.

Ambassadors represent the college at university events including Preview Days, Scholars Recognition Days, and Academic Insight, among other events. Membership is open to all undergraduate students enrolled in the college. To apply, students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Those accepted must serve the group for at least two consecutive semesters, be active participants in the college, have an appreciation for educational opportunities, and reapply for the organization every year.

BILOXI—Avery Warrick, a junior elementary education/middle school major.

BRIGHTON, Tennessee—Lainey Vandergrift, a sophomore kinesiology/clinical exercise physiology major.

CLINTON—Savanna Clardy, a sophomore elementary education/middle school major.

COLLIERVILLE, Tennessee—Kasia Wilczynski, a junior elementary education/middle school major.

COLUMBUS—Elizabeth Easterling, a sophomore educational psychology major.

CORDOVA, Tennessee—Katherine Vaiden, a senior educational psychology major; and Nicole Wallis, a senior educational psychology major.

HOOVER, Alabama—Lainey McGlaun, a senior elementary education/early childhood major.

HOUSTON, Texas—Kamryn Jordan, a junior kinesiology/physical education and coaching major.

KELLER, Texas—Audrey Ward, a senior kinesiology/clinical exercise physiology major.
